Each print and frame is custom-made to order and these items are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. Each piece is made to order specifically for you, ensuring its uniqueness and quality.

If a print or frame arrives damaged, is lost or stolen in transit, or has any other issues, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and I will work to make things right. Orders reported lost or stolen outside of the 14 days, or without photographic evidence of the damage and packaging materials, will not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.
Please note that any return shipping expenses, if required, will be the responsibility of the customer.

For all other products at Little Map Shop, there is a 14-day return and refund window. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and I will assist with a return or refund.
