I have always had a passion for nature and excelled in earth sciences during my school years. After working an undergraduate geology field course during the summer of my freshman year of college, I decided to become a geology major. I went on to obtain a Master's degree in Geology from ECU and started working as an environmental consultant in 2018. Throughout my education and career, I found map-making to be a constant factor in every project I worked on. I discovered that I was truly fascinated by the process of creating maps.

I started making maps to decorate my walls and soon began gifting them to others. Eventually, I decided to share my maps with the world, leading to the creation of LittleMapShop.com.

In 2023, I made a significant investment in purchasing a Canon ImagePrograf Large Format Printer to enable me to print larger versions of my maps. I learned how to merge my 3D modeling skills and love for map making to create my custom-made shaded relief maps. I take pride in the uniqueness and customizability of these maps, and the possibilities are seemingly endless. I have plans to add many more products in the future, so stay tuned!
